On Dapper Digs and Daddyhood

Monsour Taghdisi is the bright young developer behind Houston-based Prestige Builders. But his latest labor of love, the birth of his newborn son Cameron, involved plush animalia and Hermès blankets rather than brick and mortar. In designing the nursery, Taghdisi gave the space sophisticated and transitional touches like an antique divan and anything-but-infantile art, to avoid an onslaught of decorative growing pains in years to come. The result is a soothing haven where baby boy Cameron can gain early exposure to the finer things.

Nero would love to be cradled to sleep in these snazzy, stylin' digs. Mainly because the mere idea of a mounted albino peacock pretty much tops my lust list, and secondly because what mother -- or father for that matter -- doesn't occasionally dream of curling up in the fetal position in a luxuriously lined crib and drifting away from it all?

For more baby and design dish, crawl this way. To see an impressive array of some of our city's most high-end residential architecture, Nero recommends a leisurely tour of this portfolio.

Hi there K-D ;)

Yes, his homes are the creme-de-la-creme 'round these parts.
Mr. M's clearly proving he can juggle it all ;)
Cheers, Alcira
